Calvin coolidge
Unlike Harding, Calvin Coolidge tried to avoid crises and created policies that helped keep the U.S. wealthy. He believed in the government interfering with business and industry as little possible. He kept some of Harding's efficient cabinet members such as Hughes, Mellon, and Hoover. Harding was able to lower the unemployment rate and increase the U.S. prosperity.
